Art Lessons to Nurture Your Creative Spirit

A Creative Space of Your Own

Hi y’all!

I'm Holly! I am an artist, teacher, wife, mom to two college age kids and an array of pets, including my beloved flock of chickens that I fondly refer to as “The Ladies”. After years of teaching art, I have discovered that my talent is not just creating art, but in helping other women make creative spaces for themselves, literally and figuratively.

My hope is that here you will find inspiration, calm, self confidence, direction while learning how to create a space for art and yourself.

Your creative journey begins with making space for your art and for yourself.

Start today by planning a creative space of your own. Maybe you have a whole room or maybe you only have a tiny space to set up a small table — where ever you are, whatever you have, it’s all okay!

Don't wait for everything to be perfect. Just start!

Start with what you have and where you are. Thats the fun part! I’ve put together a free guide to help you get started.

A cozy room with floral curtains, a window, and a wooden desk. The desk has a large vase with flowers, a scale, a closed book, paintbrushes, and small potted plants. There is a hanging plant and a Tiffany-style lamp nearby. The room has a bookshelf with various items and artwork on the walls.
